Yes I could do that, but it would be pointless as there are a lot of tutorials on how to do this. And also they wouldn't be able to get items like diamonds or diamond swords or any armor. They'd only be able to get blocks and iron tools. Also with the chest mod in creative you only have 5 items of 1 thing, so it would take awhile to get a stack of anything. I'm not sure about android, but that's how it works on IOS.

Ok? There are a lot of people in this topic the reason being I have to reply so much is I have to give them their request. And what do you mean simple commands? Simple as in most other inventory editors are a pain to fix on iOS ATM? There is nothing devious in the "strangely titled" .zip files and they are strangely titled because I have to pick a name of the .zip file, and if I titled them all level.dat it would be difficult to keep them straight. They are ALL level.dat files in a zip file so I can upload to Dropbox easier. And also look at number of replies if I was delivering viruses, do you really think that there would be that many replies, we'll first off if I ever did put a virus this topic would be locked fast.
