You ask a good question. Unfortunately, there are currently no mods for MC PE. This is due, for the most part, to the difficulty of the iOS language. Java is very basic and easy to learn, hence why there are so many mods for PC. Mods are also simple to install on PC, while on iOS they require a jailbroken iPod or some program like iExplorer
