I will tach you how to change modes with IExplorer in mcpe

First of have 2 survival worlds and one creative

Then use IExplorer and extract the level.dat from the creative world

And replace it with one of the survival world level.dat

Then open your Survival/Creative mixed world and build a house

Then using IExplorer extract the level.dat from the other survival world

And replace the level.dat from the world you built a house with the one you extracted from tithe other survival world

And enjoy!!!

Also the Creative/Survival mode have animals
