It's for an older version of MCPE, but don't know which version. I think it's somewhere around 0.13.0 or 0.14.0 not sure though. He is no longer developing it.
Well, after talking to the developer (minecraftmuse3) he is actually updating the mod. You can talking to him over on twitter where he is active @DamienMiller11. He probably wouldn't mind some help, but I can't say that for sure.
Well, at the time when I posted the thread he wasn't, but like I stated above after talking to him for awhile he said he would update it. Feel free to look at his twitter and message him. I'm not really sure what is fishy about it, or why. What difference does it make anyways?
