You cannot install MCPE mods on non-jailbroken iDevices unless you use behaviour packs which are new in 0.16.0: More info here: https://www.minecraft.net/addons
As for the factorization mod, it hasn't been updated for very long. It will most likely not support 0.16.0.
Conclusion: You're better off learning how to install behaviour packs(link above) or to try jailbreaking your iDevice.
