Hi I'm a noob at modding and was wondering if anyone on here would like to help me make a doctor who mod? And if possible can you tell me where I can get an app or something for my mobile device to help me mod. (I don't have a computer)
I can´t help you making a doctor who mod, and you have to know that making a mod - and your idea sounds difficult - is not easy without knowing Java or C (two programming languages).
And you should know if you really want to try to make this mod that there are two basic ways to create MCPE mods, JavaScript ModPE-mods, and native Addons (C). ModPE-Mods are pretty easy and Addons are difficult. But ModPE-Mods have much less possibilities than Addons, so your Mod maybe has to be an Addon, I don´t know how you want the Mod to be.
You can read some tutorials and try to make the Mod. But it is much work and before you start programming something you need an idea of what you want to do. (Maybe you have an idea, but the only information in your post was "doctor who mod".(Sorry, but I don´t even know something about doctor who.))
Maybe someone wants to make this mod with you, but I not.
