Are you sure your using v0.8(2) Singleplayer? If you installed Multiplayer, you must uninstall the multiplayer version completely, meaning removing the JS file from BlockLauncher.
The installation will be simpler once I throwout the JavaScripts.
Delta is compatible with Portal gun and Command Craft mods?
As of 0.8(2) I cant confirm that, however, this mod is designed to be compatible with all mods. I can almost guarantee that if it's not compatible right now, it will be in 0.9(5)
Test the mods out together, feedback would be nice too. Like to know if there's any usage issues.

I play on singleplayer and I use the singleplayer version and it also won't let me place pistons up.
