Theres an available 1.9 beta,but too...CRASHY.It crashes on me.You can try.

Blocklauncher for 0.11 is only for texture packs. Mod support will come out after beta.
I would guess after 0.11 comes out. Geeze, Pocket edition 0.11 is still in beta, and it's only been like... 6 days....
