1. Download Blocklauncher or Blocklauncher Pro from the Google Play Store and open it.
2. Go in the Settings. (The Button in the Top-Middle when you start Blocklauncher.)
3. Go on Skins.
4. Press Import.
5. Choose your Skin (Skins will automatically turn on).
This supports only 64x32 Pixel Skins. 64x64 Skins will come within MCPE 0.11, you will not need Blocklauncher for Skins then. But you maybe use Blocklauncher anyway for Mods and Texture-Packs.
