Hi everyone,
We're launching a public trial of BlasterZone, and looking for beta test users.
We hope this will be a useful tool for the community. While Youtube and Twitch offer only generic videos of recordings, BlasterZone takes things up a level as a game strategy tool for players.
As a quick summary, BlasterZone allows you to record and upload your gameplay, and add annotations for strategy discussions with your fellow team mates.
Game recordings are also re-rendered in the browser, so you can replay and zoom-in at full-resolution into any part of the recording at any time.
Yes anyone registered can view the streams at www.blaster.zone using a PC chrome browser.
To record and upload you will need a rooted android device. Do note that because of the fragmented nature of android devices, only certain devices have been tested so far, as listed on the 'Download' page.
You can try an installation APK on other devices that may have similar processors, but doing so is at your own risk - be prepared to need to revert your device using some backup recovery technique if it doesn't work.
An alternative to the currently supported Android devices is that you may want to consider running Andyroid on your Windows PC (http://www.andyroid.net/).
We have an APK that you can install on Andyroid, to record gameplay on that.

Do head over to http://www.blaster.zone to try out the demo recordings and annotations.
And let us know via our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/blasterxzone) if you'd like to participate in the trial.
Any feedback is appreciated!
Thanks!
Cheers

So that can get you started on recording and uploading, until we support more devices in future.
