PocketPower is NOT updated for 0.13.1 and I DON'T understand why you are TRYING to use it when there's redstone now anyway!
Dude, just chill for a sec. We all know that it's true that MCPE does have some blocks used for redstone engineering but the is, it's not complete. Pocket power (AKA: the redstone addon) add more blocks used for redstone engineering like piston, stick pistons, repeaters, etc.
Does that answer your question why the person still wants to used and have Pocket power update?
You know, just because Redstone is officially in mcpe, doesn't mean that you can't add cool Redstone mods to mcpe, such as stuff that's never going to actually come out...

There should be no zip file. You should go into Cydia, add the source required, and install the PocketPower tweak. If you don't have Cydia, you must be jailbroken which can currently not be done on any of the latest iOS firmwares. Hope this helped!
No Locking repeaters. Plz add the ability to lock repeaters. Would make this mod better. Other than that i loves it. Keep up the good work.

Cannot download; not compatible for 0.13.0.
This mod is no longer needed as mcpe now has Redstone its just another reminder that soon orespawn or even crazycraft might be vinila
