Byte! Will hoppers and comparators and piston bug be fixed in this update? Well, piston.bug is really when a power source breaks it doesnt update, so cant do much with sticky pistons. But luv u byte keep going u da.best!

Can't wait for it. I hope it has detector railsrails and maybe dispenser. Had the rails in 10, lost in 11 which made one of my worlds pretty useless as it was for rollar coasters. I even coped with the fact pistons didn't point upwards but I knew before hand they were buggy. As of now I've started using a different and way more time and space consuming way which tends to crash my game more due to the sheer amount of circuts to be going and to all be timed correctly from the very beginning button push. Other than no detector rails I still love it and can't wait for the update. Till then I'll keep a device with the 10.1 version just for the rails. Kinda a bummer for the idea that can now be done in 12.1.
You can't yet. Their is only one Redstone mode working in 12.1 and was just a takeover of a old mod, but it has many issues with block textures and placement. Repeaters will only sometimes face how you would like but tend to only want to face west.
