Try this command line:
java -Xmx{a} -XX:MaxPermSize=256M -jar {b}
{a} is max memory size, such as 1024M or 512M
{b} is the jar file name

Okay, good night.
Im seeing an error in my terminal and I cant join my server from PE.
Here is the error:
19:25:23 [SEVERE] Unable to bind to %s!
19:25:23 [WARNING] Exception in thread "UDPSocket"
19:25:23 [WARNING] java.lang.RuntimeException: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested adress
I then get 6 more [WARNING] messages, then it seems to load normaly.
Am I a noob or is something broken?
I just changed the adress for PE to: 3.1.*.*
(All stars are only one number)

You can't change address to random address, just use 0.0.0.0 which means your computers IP address.
You can use ipconfig to see what's IP address is on your computer.
I knew I was doing something wrong... it felt wrong....
