Yes, 0.0.1-preR5 still can not build blocks, we only added some inventory support and fixed some bugs. And server runs on all IP addresses that configured in the operating system, the port is 19132 by default. In the future we will add Config file support.

Nothing shows up in the console. In the 0.0.1_R3 version, it would barely sometimes show that the MCPE player joined. The MCPE client either was stuck at the "Building terrain" screen or "Unable to connect to world". Now in the 0.0.1_R5 version, it does not seem to connect at all. And still no sign of any error or anything. Hopefully you can fix this! Thanks

It's maybe your configuration problem, what network are you using? And are you using a static local network IP address?

I'm using AT&T for my isp, and I have a static address

Could you please give me some screenshots of your PC and your phone while joining? I have to figure it out why doesn't it work for other people. xD

Some generated maps will cause client stuck, and only one map which you spawn in the ocean won't let PE client stuck. I don't know why this happening. xD

For some reason my router isn't letting things port anymore.. Explains why I couldn't join. But in the few chances I was able to join, my phone got stuck at the building terrain screen.

Yea, that's the problem. Map translation sometimes fail. I will look into that part.

What if you translated the blocks that aren't in MCPE into NEW block IDs that would be included in a ModPE script or addon?

Hmm, this will be cool, and it is possible. But it limits to no-interact blocks now.
