The ender pearls drop the endermen a random (not always) as the pc version, throw it like an egg or a snowball and ready, teleport: D

Las perlas de ender las dropean los endermen de una manera random (no siempre) como en pc, la lanzas como si fuera un huevo o una bola de nieve y listo, te teletransportas

Why do we have to equip the texture pack? just make it look like eye of the ender or enderpearl

If I put ModPe.setItem (500, "ender_pearl", 0, "Enderpearl"); could not throw the ender pearl

I do not know how to create a new snowball, or an item that is thrown. Do not think it's possible.
