Hello I need some help with a problem I am having. I want to build a map but I want to be able to control what blocks generate. I want to build a nether map and would like to replace dirt blocks with nether stone and water with lava. I checked out the options.txt file and I was able to control how the flat world generates but it's only on creative and not survival.
what file do I need to mod. And what code would I have to write?
thank you

update:
sorry I forgot to mention
im running minecraft on iPhone 5s and it's version 0.9.4
When you touch any block with a stick it will turn the 64x64 square you are in to the nether as you specified. If a block isn't dirt, grass or water it gets turned into air. It will look like it has frozen as there are a lot of things going on but give it a minute or two and it will yield the result.
Just realized that is for Android, I'm running iOS. Thank you for the response anyway
Send me the world ill see what i can do and specify how u want it,caves or no caves, how big, etc, and when do u need it cause it may take me a while
I would not want to busy you with anymore stuff, I was just wondering if I would be able to do it on my own. This is all I have been able to do on my own just by editing the options.txt file in iFile. It was easier with 0.8 bc worlds generated with the chunck.dat file but I don't know how the new version 0.9.4 saves the blocks generated. Any help would be great, I'm a noob but willing to learn.
