Is it just me, or is the Portal Gun mod not included in the download, but in the mod list

EDIT: If/When you add the Portal Gun mod, make it compatible with Tinkerer's Construct.

This may sound like a silly request, but could you upload it to a different site? For some reason, my phone will not extract .zip file from mediafire, but I really want to try these mods. If not, it's not a big deal, i'll just try to find similar mods, but they may not be compatible. Dx
