Yep! You are part of the team. xD The sounds are already implemented, and the idea to spawn different pokemon depending where the player is, is already done. Took me awhile to finish due to the fact I had to code it form scratch but it works.
Hexdro, when 2.8 is coming? Can you write list of things that will be added in that version and how much % of each thing have you done? In v2.7 there is a bug: before catching pokemon (for example) it is lvl 5, after you catch pokemon and summon it, its lvl is 6 or diffrent than before. Maybe you could fix this bug? I think its not very important now, but when you will create battling it will be bad.
2.8 is pretty much done, though MCPE 0.9.0 is going to be released, and I might have to recode some things - I need to ask zhuowei some stuff. How long until the actual 0.9.0 is released?

Yep. The battle system is rather simple though only featuring a move or two, exp/levels and the ability to run.
Apparently the full version of mcpe v0.9.0 wont be out for a few weeks. So release for the new update MAY be this weekend.
Also I made a new video on the Beta Release - I also mention Pokecube PE at the end, etc.
Hexdro, how did you learn to create mods using scripts? I would like to create my own mod. Can you write a link from where i could start learnig it?
I already had pre-existing knowledge of programming with Java, and C++ before I started making ModPE Scripts, so I didn't take me long to learn Javascript (and ModPE). However I learnt ModPE/Javascript from looking at other people's codes, etc.
Everyone has their own learning style.
Also would you guys prefer the same 2D textures for pokeballs as it is at the moment... Or would you guys rather 3D pokeball models? If it is 3D it can have animations, etc like in Pixelmon and Pokecube on the PC.
Thank you hexdro, that link is REALLY handy. About pokeballs - you can make 3D if you have free time. It would be one thing closer to the version that everyone who plays mcpe wants to have. I want to ask: how do you create mob textures? What program do you use for it?
Ahah no problem, I also use that link from time to time. ^-^ Yeah will do, shouldn't take too long. I would also be able to re-use the 3d models for the Pokeballs for picking starters which will be cool. I create mob textures in GIMP, however I do use Photoshop from time to time (as my school provides me with the software I need/want).

I created my first mod or not mod - when someone touches any block with a bone ( or other my selected item) it writes "Dont touch my land, potatoes need peace" :-D .I wanted to try how this system works. Time to do something hard. I also wanted to ask: what means "var" in the begining of the code? And when do you need to leave some space after code, before writing another code?

v3 will probably have a more complex (is that the right word?) battle system more akin to the game. The update v3 (name wise), is going to be for when 0.9.0 comes out. So it's like starting a fresh new version (v1.x was 0.7.x, v2.x was for 0.8.x and v3.x is for v0.9.0).
