BlockLauncher 1.6.9 ³/₄ release candidate. (Yes, that's a Harry Potter reference) If all goes well, this will be uploaded to Play and Amazon tomorrow evening.

You tap on texture packs with the toggle (tap on it) and select a tp, then tap on the imported tp to apply it
