ok, im gonna help you.
First of all, you have to get entitys current render look:
var renderer = Renderer.get (3)
the "3" is entity type id, witch you want to edit.
Next, you want to get the model of the current rendered entiy:
var mainModel = renderer.getModel()
Next, you want to select, witch body part you want to edit:
var bodyPart = mainModel.getPart("body")
the "body" is the body par. current body parts: "body","head","rightLeg","leftLeg","rightArm","leftArm". And you cannot add your own body parts.
To remove everything from the body part, do this:
bodyPart.clear()
And now, I'll tell you how to add CUSTOM BOXES!!!
bodyPart.addBox (x,y,z,x1,y1,z1,idkWhatIsHere)
This isn't as in custom blocks. y axis is flipped. x direction ia from back to front, and z is left-to-right.
x1,y1,z1 are lengths, not ending positions. so 0,2,0,8,10,8 would add a 8x10x8 box at 0, 2, 0, not a box from 0 2 0 to 8 10 8.

It's good I was just used to the old screen is all. Maybe can you make it so it doesn't go all the way back to the mc title screen when you select a texture pack or skin but goes back to the bl options screen instead.

Really what I would have done is have it start at a specific folder.(user selected)Maybe a recent button would be good. On tablets it would be split screen.
