One could probably use some sort of OpenGL trickery to generate it. I like the current system of using the terrain.png textures, though, as [excuse type="bad"]it's easy to distinguish what's available in game and what's hacked in. [/excuse]

I'm currently making a Minecraft PE inventory editor for Android. With this tool, you will be able to give yourself more blocks and items without writing a single hexadecimal digit or connecting to a computer.
So far, I'm able to load the inventory and display it in a list view. You can save now, but the interface needs some work.

I will try to do releases every 2 weeks, so you can use that as a rough guideline for translations.
In the future, I'll try to put all required strings into the strings.xml first before implementing the UI, so that you can get a head start on translations.

Wrong thread, but clouds aren't implemented in the game yet, so I can't unlock them, and I'm not good enough to create new features from scratch.

That, in unsigned byte, is indeed 255 of the item. I might just make the byte unsigned (from 0 to 255) in the editor.
