i think that its just the reactor core with a command block texture. you probably could do it yourself if you had enough time

Since the update to quickpatch and the update to the "More items in creative patch" (the two versions were combined into one patch), Minecraft crashes every time I load a map in creative if either version of the "More items..." patch is applied.
Minecraft starts fine in survival regardless of which of the 3 options is selected (since it doesn't affect survival) and also starts fine in creative if neither of the "More items.." patches are applied.
How would I do a debug log to see why Minecraft crashes so that it could be fixed.
