Risk v0.3.3 released, fixes some bugs.

I looked in the script, and I saw that in order to turn off all risks is to say /riskOff, but I typed, and nothing happened. Darth, when I hit herobrine or npc with fireygem, they go flying up and fall back down. I personally like this bug but fix it if you want for next update, or make it a feature,
