Can't you make this into an app? I don't code but it seems possible.
Course you can, but I have neither the iOS sdk nor Flex. Take what I gave you and make it.
I have done a few ios projects including a javascript app studio ;P so this wouldn't be to hard.

This might only work on chrome atm (I'm pretty sure firefox nightly supports file apis as well).
Edit: you are missing Camera (456).

I tried it in Chrome Mobile for Android - opening a Survival level.dat works, but Android refuses to download the modified file.

this been the best inventory editor I've ever seen. i´d like to report a bug. when saving the new level.dat the file resets the seed to 0 so when playing multiplayer everyone is stuck on limbo

(This is official docs for the Desktop edition's NBT, which uses big endian)
