How would you build without something to place blocks on lolz? You could download skyblock and destroy everything but the bedrock
I assumed there was some sort of invisible bedrock that surrounded the world that I would be able to build on. I haven't heard of this destroyer of everything except bedrock called " sky block". I will search for it. Thanks for the suggestion.
Disassemble the iOS binary, search for #19132, and look for movs r3, #4 below. (Or just ask Jocopa3, who originally discovered this and who mods for iOS.)
Woooooooowwwwwwww if only I could make a server :'( I don't know my dads password for the Internet thing :/ but I know the ip and that's pretty much all.... :'(

I'm glad I manage the passwords in my household.
If you host on a phone with a nice cellular data plan, you might try hosting the server over cellular data instead of Wi-Fi: disconnect from WiFi, check your IP again from your phone, and then start Minecraft PE.

there is, but you cant place blocks on it. Skyblock is a map that spawns you on a tiny floating island. You could download the map and destroy all of the blocks on it except the bedrock (there is one block of bedrock on the island)
Thanks again candydeath 13 for your input. I found the sky block level your speaking of and it led me to McEdit. I'm surprised nobody suggested McEdit to create a empty level. Now all I need is a better tutorial on how to add Android maps to it and I'll be a happy camper.

Curse PremiumI can't make patches that change the creative screen; ask Win4263.

Curse PremiumChanges maximum server slots to 255.
QuickPatches are on my Gist repo.
This patch was made possible by the awesome research of Jocopa3. Thanks!

PocketInvEditor?
Allows you to have 255 blocks of one block in one slot.

Curse PremiumThey have different drop codes that override the base loot dropping code. If you want mods for them, tell me which mob and how much.
Might be possible; as someone said, you can edit in larger slots, so the engine supports them

Curse PremiumI can't do that as Minecraft's world height is hard coded to 128 blocks bedrock-to-top.
