Caves mod is actually done by making the underground gravel and dirt generators generate air instead.
It's easy to port mods to the next update, actually; there aren't really preparations involved.
Oh so you just kinda messed with dirt and gravel blocks underground? Well its sort of a mod I guess, not really an unlock. But still im sticking with ported PC maps.
The unfortunate thing is if you port caves or use the caves mod it lowers performance down quite a bit, and I don't know why >.<

Face is another way to say the side of a cube, I guess.
Minecraft is renders any side of a block with a transparent block on top.
only the top face is rendered.
this face is rendered.
this face, because it has air next to it, is rendered.
So I guess this is why they are having trouble getting officially into MCPE? Your caves are small compared to my PC ported caves maps and on both I have to put low render distance or its lag city
Also could you port over chests that work with furnaces for 0.3.2?

It looks like phones with PowerVR GPUs are not compatiable with the mod. This includes most phones with TI OMAP processors. Now I understand why Mojang disabled the feature - because it fails on a large number of phones.
500ise, I just want to say thank you for all you've done. In my opinion, you don't get enough praise for everything you do. I've been silently using all of your mods, and I think you deserve a thank you from me.

I'm pretty sure there's some kind of limit of how many zombies can be rendered at once. I don't think it would make a difference to the zombie count.
