Yah the slower players would be annoying but the not exploding arrows is why i suggested using half slabs and raising the water to create spaces for air to allow explosions
Ive tested it, if you make the floor from half slabs and cover is with water, the players are un-damaged by the explosion and the floor is still destroyed The only disadvantage is moving slowly Hope that helps.

You used the wrong jaikbreak software for that device / iOS version, just restore.

Back up your SHSH and then restore. Restoring forces you to update to 6.1.3 which can't be Jailbroken. Saving your SHSH will let you return to 6.1.2. Search Google on how to save your SHSH blobs.

just restore the ipad that's pretty much the only way happend to me twice
