Will these mods work on a PE LAN server if the other people doesn't have this mod? Or do the other members of server have to install the same mods. I don't want to give up LAN servers. Please respond.
It does, I play with my brother everyday with both installed. You just have an advantage
What programming langue do you need to learn in order to make MCPE mods? I'm learning myself how to program because i want to make iOS apps, and i am considering to make some MCPE (iOS) mods for programming training purposes.
I use mostly C and a little Objective-C. You could also use either ARM assembly code or C++.
Haha yup. The only time i use a computer is to look for addresses in IDA, but i write, build, package, and upload everything from my iPad
Since we are on the subject of key boards... I was thinking that it would be possible to use the tweak that lets have a bluetooth mouse on the screen and blutrol for the keyboard control for a mouse and keyboard set up. The only problem is that the tweak with the mouse only recognizes that you touch the screen when you click the left button. If the developer could make it so it always clicking then you could control the screen. But I guess you would have to stop moving the mouse to place a block... But anyways the game obviously has a fixed camera setting so you turn that on to make it like the PC version.

According to Kivifreak, mods can be patched with Winterboard. I'm almost certain myself they can.
You say Kivifreak claims Winterboard can be used to load MCPE mods. Well, in order to assess this claim, the question is this: What is Winterboard and what can and can't it do? Winterboard is a Mobile Substrate tweak which is mainly intended for using themes. What it does is fool applications into opening different files than they intend. This works for specific file types such as images, sounds, and property lists. Winterboard does not switch out code that an app uses, nor can it. Therefore, if a mod were to be possible via Winterboard, it must be able to be duplicated without Winterboard by simply replacing images, sounds, or property lists. Replacing images can be used to load skins and texture packs, and this is what many custom skin and texture pack designers already used. By replacing sounds, it is possible to change the noise generated by an arrow hit or a mob falling too far. By replacing property lists, it is possible to change what is shown on the settings screen. I myself implement my own property list swapper in MCServer to add the entry for the server IP address. However, without custom code to back up the changes, all that changing a property list can do is alter the appearance of the settings screen. Replacing property lists cannot change the way MCPE functions.
Now, there do exist Winterboard "themes" that can "hack" apps. This is accomplished by replacing the property lists contained within the app's folder which instruct the app how to run. However, MCPE has no such property lists which it uses to control its functions. Therefore, these types of Winterboard "hacks" are not possible with MCPE.
In conclusion, modding MCPE by means of a Winterboard theme is simply not possible. Winterboard does not possess the ability to do such a thing. The most it can be used for in the case of MCPE is to apply texture packs. Other than this, Winterboard cannot be used to mod or hack MCPE.
When shall the sprint mod be released? All the others require you to unpatch them to stop sprinting. I like the activation method. Itll make parkours a lot easier!
You can get siris's sprinting mod without patching. It's already out just download it from http//:cydia.myrepospace.com/siris/
Right in that post, you are citing information from a very unreliable source. Kivifreak may have mods, but they are hardly original. By extension of that, he is hardly a modder. Kivifreak's mods consist of the following:
1. Updated versions of others' mods.
2. Mods which include multiple mods from others in an attempt to entice users to praise him. By this I mean his "superhero mods" and his "Better MinecraftPE" mods. These mods just contain multiple mods such as climb anything, fly in survival, and others, none of which were originally made by Kivifreak.
3. Block replacement mods. These mods, while they are mods, hardly require skill and require no originality whatsoever, as all he does to make them is follow Jocopa3's tutorial step by step but for the exact blocks to switch.
These points, combined with various conversations I've had with him, reveal his ineptitude with technical matters.
Now then, you say Kivifreak claims Winterboard can be used to load MCPE mods. Well, in order to assess this claim, the question is this: What is Winterboard and what can and can't it do? Well, thanks for clearing that up then. I guess I didn't understand it as well as I thought, my bad.
