Wow, impressive. I don't think this is a mod, though its very well done. You should think about retexturing the cross hairs to something cooler(if possible).
I hate to say it D= but I can already tell that this is an awesome mod before I downloaded it, but 0.7.0 has been submitted, so you may have to do a bunch of more work D= love it Good Luck
