You cannot edit .pmf files cuz there is no way to decipher them.
Actually there is a way to decipher them, but i think only i know and probably shoghicp

You have to copy only a chunks.dat and overwrite to the "/worlds/world/chunks.dat". PM-MP will say error if you put a worlddata folder into "/worlds" and renew the server.properties.
I know I've asked you this before on youtube but Is it possible that you make a plugin that gives you a sign all the time
I see. However, it is a little difficult to create the plugin which you said cuz PM-MP plugins cannot see prosessions of a player.
The plugin that I will make later can give signs to players every a minute but it cannot give signs to a player if his sign becomes depleted.

With ResidentManager, you can run other commands while you aren't logged in. That should be blocked, and only allow the login/register command.
ResidentManager already has that function which refushes to run commands but sometimes it doesn't operate correctly.
Then ResidentManager didn't catch "console.command" event.
I think the cause of the failuer is a conflict with plugins.
