Bigger worlds is possible, because the chunks.dat technically can hold up to maximum 32x32 chunks which is 512x512x128 part of the terrain. So you simply would hav eto change the offset for 256 width and height and change them to 512
Sadly it isn't that simple as most of you guys think it is.

They are not real mods, they are unlocks that are currently in the game.
