Most likely not possible: Time of Minecraft day at top of screen.
Possible: Colored name tags. Mobs don't attack.

Ilike a funny mod where the sound if the animals are changed, like a cow says "Hey, I'm a cow" with a deep voice instead of moo, and a pig says "Oink Oink, mother--------" It's funny as hell.

That would be funny! lol but thats not a mod.

All blocks available in the indev version are accesible and collectible

Do you mean adding all items to survival or creative?

Probably like Too Many Items Mod. What was I thinking name tags we don't have that yet. LOL

it's a tad bit preemptive but when the reactor is added how about a mod that changes what it spits out and what mobs it spawns

we don't know completely how it works but the reactor will spawn stuff and drop items so you should be able to change what it spawns and drops
