3 Change the Worlds water blocks to Air. - Might be possible; not sure
4 Faster Steve - I think this might be doable
5 Faster Mobs - might be doable
6 Slower Mobs - might be doable
7 See Through Rock, but Outlined - x-Ray really - C0deh4cker made one, but it requires his custom modloader that isn't released
8 Different Color Fog/Sky - Possible
9 Animal Mobs as Pets - Follow you I suppose - Not possible
10 Build Higher than 64 - No, not possible, and the max height is 128 - bedrock to top
11 Fish Power - Can't Drown - Possible
12 Remove TNT Drops - What do you mean? If you mean disable TNT, possible
13 Brighter Torches - Probably not possible - torches are already at the second-highest brightness level; one level didn't make a difference when I tried it
14 All Tree Destroy - Mine Bottom to Mine all of it - not possible currently
15 More Seed Drops - might be possible - saplings or wheat seeds?
16 Under Water Torches - possible, but why?
17 Death Punch - Punch Mobs Far Away - might be possible
Start off with diamond sword when you play in survivaldont die in lavaPick up skeletons arrows that they shoot at you and use them yourselfmobs in creative
