AFTER YOU HAVE UNZIPPED IT GO TO VAR WHICH IS ALL THE WAY BACK THEN GO TO LIBRARY THEN LOOK FOR MOBILESTRATE THEN PLACE THE FILES IN THERE THEN YOUR DONE

First locate libraries, then you see MobileSubstrate,and within that folder Dynamic libraries. Hope this helps!
thanks treebl. it would be nice if the toggle button is somewhere that doesn't overlap other buttons... like middle right? and you don't have to login everytime you close it from switcher.

For me on my iPad the button is in the middle.
Now I'm literally confused
but my download manger dont work with your site
