This is a mod to change the sticks to leather, if you cant find cows or cant get leather then you could use this mod temporarily to get leather instead of sticks with wooden planks, after you're done, just unpatch and you'll get sticks from wooden planks again. This basically works just like my "Sticks To Diamonds" Mod.

If you can't get enough leather to get chain armor you could just change your sticks to leather, to get leather just by chopping down trees, it makes the whole process easier than to find a cow and kill it and stuff.

You mean leather armour.... You didn't say anything about leather giving you chainmail armour....
You basically need leather to get chain armor, you get chain instead of leather armor, this is to use with the mcpepatch app from cydia. I just made an updated version of it. And yes chain was already in the game but there's no way to obtain it, only with another app like emendomc or imcpedit and you can't use the apps for multiplayer online, but with this mod you can get chain in multiplayer and give it to friends who don't have a jailbroken idevice and you could do other stuff like that.
