Why do you have to be jailbroken? I'm sad my parents won't let me jailbreak
Well the IOS 6.1.3 update will not allow you to alter the files with iExplorer or iFunBox. Therefore, the only way to alter files is by jailbreaking and by downloading iFile. Sorry.Here is the Texture Pack Only if ModPE is not working...
