Well, what he's doing is exactly how you make a modpack. Albiet, he will need permission from all of the authors before he releases.
Thats what i meant. If he posts the authors names I'm cool with it.

The Mods section is for completed mods, not for talking about modpacks you want to release some day.
Also -- this is for every modpack compiler -- please review the forum rules regarding permissions. Remember that you need to have verifiable permission for every mod you include in your pack or it will be considered stolen content.
