Could I install these mods with iexplorer? Like the same way I install texture packs?
no you must have a jailbroken iPhone/IPod and have a decrypted mcpe game.
Then you go into cydia and enter source: cydia.myrepospace.com/siris then install mcpe patcher
Then copy download link from the mod you want then open mcpe patcher and put download link in there hit download select mod and patch
