This is unlikely to work on any complex patches (containing more than one segment or modifies a complex method). However, my really lame method actually worked with a few simple patches.
To use:
- Run this on a desktop computer with Java. A mobile version is coming soon.
- Double click the .jar to launch the application
- Select the libminecraftpe.so of the old version
- Select the libminecraftpe.so of the new version
- Select the old patch
- Name the new patch
- If all goes right, the new patch is saved, and the app prompts you to port another patch
- Click "Cancel" to shut down the application
is there an easy way to get the newest versions libmincraftpe.so ? by that i mean can blocklauncher (or any application for that matter) extract the libmincraftpe.so
Um it is somewhere if you dig around in the root area of your phone files. I found it but also renaming your app apk to a .zip and copying the file works.
Thank you 500 ISE. This tool worked like a charm. I was able to update 0.5.0 & 0.6.1 mods to 0.7.1. One question, can you (500 ISE) change the sound of the bow?
How many of you think there will be topics saying get these mods I updated I worked really hard but they used your programm without credit? I notice program is spelled wrong I'm to lazy to fix it

I don't mind; the program automatically copies the signature of the previous mod over, so at least the original modder is credited. As for the use of the program, hey, it doesn't hurt me.
Anyways whenever I choose the patch the folder closes and there is just a little java window at the top left of the screen
Then when I close that java window and look where I saved it its not there.

But there is only one problem
when I try it with the lava block mod it just stays how it is and does not create the file :l
and whenever I patch a mod that I updated, in mcpe it just crashes for sample I updated the chickens drop eggs mod and then when I try to kill a chicken the game just freezes and force closes

Yes. Make a custom audio file and replace it will the bow fired sound or something like that..

This application uses Java-binutils https://github.com/jawi/java-binutils/ and a modified version of Snowbound's PTPatchTool: https://github.com/zhuowei/PTPatchTools/tree/pt-metadata-test
Snowbound made a version with a better interface:
My androids broken :(Btw first

Curse PremiumIt should work for simple mods down to 0.1.0, if you want. I have only tested it with 0.6.1 and very simple patches.
Just run the JAR!
No spoilers!
