To do this,
1. Download Pocket InvEditor Pro
2. Make sure you exit out of the world you are wish to change on Minecraft Pocket Edition first. (I recommend you make a new world instead of using this method on a world you have slaved over for hours!!! Just in case)
3. Start up Pocket InvEditor Pro
4. Select the world you wish to alter
5. Click 'edit terrain'
6. Click 'Select all world'
7. Click 'replace blocks'
Now, if you want to just play around and not use this world seriously, then I suggest you change 4 blocks into glass (but this means you can't change it back). I personally changed dirt block, grass dirt, gravel and stone into glass. You do this by choosing the block types from the list that will come up.
First, choose the block you wish to change, then replace it with glass. It will take a while to do, but WAIT WHILE IT LOADS!!
For those who wish to be serious about their new world, I suggest changing only 2 block types (dirt and stone) into GLASS AND GLASS PANEL. MAKE A NOTE OF WHAT BLOACK YOU REPLACE WITH GLASS OR GLASS PANEL!!!!
You will need to make a note because once you have finished mining for all the goodie in the world, you an then change back e.g glass pane into dirt, glass into stone etc.
This isn't x ray vision.
This is just turning certain blocks into Glass.
This isn't a mod or tool anyway :/
I already knew.
I clearly state that all it is is replacing blocks with glass.
And I know it's not a mod or tool but I thought that posting it in this forum would allow more people to see and test out the results for themselves.
Btw, I loved your Tekkit mod pack! I'm so excited for more updates

Recently I've seen quite a few posts claiming to give x-ray vision in Minecraft Pocket Edition using either mods or texture packs.
Well, yesterday I was playing around on Pocket InvEditor Pro, and by replacing some blocks with glass I discovered this:
