1)Install Jota Text Editor on Google Play
2)After you install the app go to your file manager and go to games/com.mojang/minecraft pe and tap "option.txt" and it will start using jota or open jota text editor and find "open" in menu then find the "option.txt"
3)Edit the number of the render distance,change the number into "0"
4)Open minecraft pocket edition,open a world and done you have no fog in your game,if it lags and stuck into "saving chunks" press home and go to settings>applications>manage apps>minecraft pocket edition and tap force close and if it turns back into the normal distance do the steps again,and it lags a little hope it works because I test it
For iOS users, jailbroken or not, here's a guide:
Jailbroken:
1. Go into iFile or any other file-manager app
2. Navagate to /var/mobile/Applications
3. Find the folder for Minecraft PE
4. Navigate Documents→ games→ com.mojang→ minecraftpe
5. Open "options.txt" in a text editor 6. Change gfx_renderdistance to 0
Non-Jailbroken: The process for non-jailbroken users is very similar to jailbroken users.

2. Plug your iOS device into your computer
3. Start from step 3 in the jailbroken guide above
