I can switch modes easily. But using different coloured wool won't work since ModPE does not support item Ids. Use Gold/Lapis/Diamond/Iron Blocks instead maybe.

You should add an option to turn this mod on / off using commands...
And if the mod is on , then when the user clicks the ground with a specific item, the shop appears
