Very difficult one, I already tried but I can't do much. I will continue to try.
As I said at the INFORMATION,WARNING section.u first install the mod,break a leaves block or open a hole in the floor. Leave it for 10 min or longer. Then uninstall the mod, go back to the world, there is hope everywhere. I got a better version, maybe I will released it later.

May I ask how does this fix the cave mod lag? When caves are made underground, MCPE has to render more faces. Any block with air on top or by the side of it will have to be rendered. Without caves MCPE works fine, with caves MCPE lags like heck unless you put on low render distance xP

leave it alone for a few minute. then uninstall the mod. it will be fine.i took away the chest as it is decided as first! pls revote!!!!now choose what i should focus for number 2!

Close it, or force close it! Uninstall!

EDIT: Holy crap just saw what you ment with all the leave blocks o_o.
Im just going to MCedit them out of my map, uninstall the caves mod, and if it lags then it must be the air rendering blocks underground.

This is why we can't have nice things
It forms one long cave under water, the water blocks remain stationary while your free to jump and swim through it, then come back down to the water.
Basically the caves mod kinda broke water physics?
