To convert .patch files into installable packages:
1: Create a .patch file as usual. Im gonna refer to it as on.patch.
2: Create another .patch file with the same offset but the original bytes instead of the hacked ones. Im gonna call this off.patch.
3: Make a folder on your device called tmp. In it, make another folder called DEBIAN.
4: Inside of DEBIAN, copy your on.patch and rename it to "postinst". Make sure it is executable (chmod 0755 postinst).
5: Also copy off.patch there and rename to "prerm".
6: Add your "control" file as usual (look at another deb or google for info on this).
7: In terminal, go to the directory that contains your "tmp" folder.
8: Type: dpkg -b tmp
9: Type: dpkg-name tmp.deb
You now have a finished debian package in your CWD! When installed, it doesnt add any files but it runs the on.patch script. When it is removed it simply runs the off.patch script.

The NoFall is still a .patch I'll cheak on the original day/night timeNvm the post just updatedYou put a wrong link for the no fallAnd the original time
It is better to port the .patch to .mod first. I will try if I have time!
Terminal stuff is still needed I think, it is done to put the .patch file to /usr/bin. if possible. I will try to make it install on its own!
That sounds good!
I learned how to already! I will port my mod to .mod today!
