Not even Apple knows how? And it is possible to patch MCPE with binary mods and play it if you have a $99 developers account and a Mac of some sort. Coded mods/tweaks are impossible to install unless you are one of Apple's elite iOS developers.

Idk if this works on A5 devices but try evasion I jailbroke my A4 and it worked
