2nd: could you make one that is a broadcast plugin for all those people like me who aren't smart enough to make their own plugin. I am studying some php, but have made little progress so far. Basically, this command would allow you to customize a message and select how often it would broadcast to the server. I tried the auto broadcast plugin, but it disables all of my commands about 5 seconds after the server starts
