PLEASE HELP How to jailbreak ipod touch 4g and question.

I really wanna install mods to my MCPE but I have to jailbreak... Here's my device:
-ipod touch 4th generation, 16 gig, iOS 6.1.3
And a couple questions:
-Is jailbreaking my device legal in Canada?
-How do I even jailbreak it? If anyone could point me to a helpful tutorial/link I'd appreciate it.
-Once I jailbreak, how do I install mods?
Also, I'd prefer if you gave sources for your answers (if possible)...Thanks everyone.

There will not be a jailbreak for 6.1.3 every thing you see right now is a big spoof evaders have come to a conclusion to not make a jailbreak for 6.1.3 because if they make it, it will be patched in I os 7 and they would have to start from scratch so there is no current jailbreak for 6.1.3 . I think they don have a jailbreak ready at all they are just saying that to make them look good or something but sorry no jailbreak!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO JAILBREAK AN IPOD 4 ON 6.1.3 IT WILL" LAG"! BECAUSE I ALREADY JAILBREAK MY COUSINS IPOD 4 16 Gb IOS 6.1.3 (IN CANADA) (lol) FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IT WAS NOT USEABLE...
But if you realy want , watch iCrackuridevice videos on youtube.
And I hate when people ask if jailbreaking is illegal... lol
