Hello! This is a tutorial on how to make a copy of MCPE on IOS so you can customize it with textures and mods without editing your vannilla app. You can do this as many times as you want so you could have hundreds of MCPEs all with different mods and textures!
My website to post your custom apps: mcpeca.forumotion.com

So this is how to do it:
First you must be jailbroken and have ifile and an app to install ipa's. (I have Appcake)
Step 1: Copy the minecraftpe.app from your normal MCPE
Step 2: Go to /var/mobile/Documents/Downloads and create a file named Payload and paste minecraftpe.app into it.
Step 3: In the minecraftpe.app file go to info.plist and open it in Property List Viewer.
Step 4: Change the CFBundleIdentifcation from com.mojang.minecraftpe to com.mojang.minecraftpecopy (or anything you want to) it must be changed for each copy of MCPE made!
Step 5: Tap Edit in the corner and select the file and create a zip file. (The button left to the trash can) Name it anything you want to.
Step 5: Change the .zip file you just made to a .ipa file by taping the blue arrow to the side of it and then changing the text.
Step 6: Open up Appcake (or whatever you have) and install the ipa.
TADA! You have 2 MCPE apps which both work and you can edit them seperately. You can have as many as you want! I have not yet found out how to make mods only work for a certain app but I'm sure its possible. You can use this to make custom launchers that have different texture packs. Just upload the .ipa file and put a download on you Topic.

1. These are the exact same steps as eugeens guide.
2. Doesn't work for me. And it's also missing some important files
