Oh, but you can't CREATE them.. Still great. Sorry, I've just been trying to find a way to edit yextures of items and blocks for a while now and I thought this might be it.. But I will still use this it sounds like a great idea.

if you have ios you can use texture maker its free and there are a few more free ones.

And it is a texture tool where you store your texture packs, and that you can revert to the previous or selected texture pack with ease
