Well, buy blocklauncher v1.1.3 on play store, download 'mods for pe 2' app, and download all mods and go to blocklauncher and patch mods. Also u can get the free blocklauncher if you want but only 3 mods can be patched. Hope this helps. check the links down below too

Buy BlockLauncher on Play Store to download and patch mods. Not sure about a Android screen recorder though.
